The tray peel is the ideal professional tool for moving trays and small pans. Its main feature is the reinforced handle, which provides high strength and durability.

The peel plate is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, with a thickness of 2 mm, ensuring excellent resistance to wear and heat.

High-Quality Aluminum Alloy

The high-quality aluminum alloy provides excellent resistance to corrosion, heat, and mechanical stress while maintaining a moderate lightness. The 2 mm thickness of the sheet ensures greater sturdiness and stability of the product.

Medium-High Thickness Anodization

The anodization process increases the aluminum alloy's resistance to corrosion, wear, abrasion, and heat. These improvements depend on the thickness of the protective oxide layer.

Micro-Dot Texturing

The micro-dotted finish on the tip of the peel creates greater smoothness between the peel plate and the pizza, thanks to the action of the flour "captured" by these micro-holes.

Tip Milling

The milling facilitates the lifting of the pizza onto the peel plate.

Aluminum Insert

The aluminum alloy joint insert on the peel plate is inserted and fixed with the peel inside the tube. This increases its resistance to bending and acts as a thermal joint, limiting heat diffusion to the peel's handle.

Reinforced Handle

The main feature of this model is the reinforced handle, consisting of the extension of the oval tube on the peel plate, inside which an additional aluminum sheet reinforcement is inserted. This is firmly fixed with flat-head rivets (which do not compromise the surface of the peel plate) to the peel plate, providing greater support to the large and heavy plate.

Rivet Fastening

The flattened rivets securely and durably join the parts.

Wooden Terminal

The wooden terminal is fixed to the handle with a screw. The hole in the handle allows the product to be hung on all hook supports, and the specific shaping makes it compatible with bracket supports. In case of breakage, replacement is recommended, and spares are available.
