The butcher's knife is robust and well balanced with a weight of 1300 g. and a length of 360 mm.

With an ergonomically designed handle, it is a strong and efficient tool which with a 200mm long and 100mm wide blade allows you to avoid wasting time, energy and precious ingredients with a precise strike.

The blade is made of sheared stainless steel and the handle is ergonomic with a black technopolymer grip and stainless steel rivets.

Knives tempered with the special and exclusive "EXTRA HARD" temper which guarantees a high and long-lasting cutting capacity with easy sharpening.
