MASTROPIZZA PEEL

The classic design baking peel for pizza makers and fans

The Mastropizza peel is the ideal choice for those who are looking for a light and manageable peel, to put the pizza into the oven. Made of anodised aluminium alloy, it has a good wear and heat resistance. It features an aluminium back insert, which increases its strength, a solid riveted fastening and a tapered edge to facilitate pizza lifting.

The medium-quality aluminium alloy gives the blade plate good corrosion, mechanical and heat resistance. The 1.5 mm thickness of the sheet provides lightness and flexibility to the product.

Anodising with medium-low thickness
The anodising process increases the corrosion, wear and abrasion resistance, and the heat resistance of the aluminium alloy. These improvements depend on the thickness of the protective oxide layer.

Aluminium insert
The aluminium alloy joint insert on the blade plate is inserted and fixed with the peel inside the tube. This increases its bending strength and acts as a thermal joint, limiting the diffusion of heat to the peel tube.

Micro-dotting
The micro-dotted finish on the tip of the blade creates a smoother transition between the blade plate and the pizza, thanks to the action of the flour 'captured' by these micro-holes.

Fixing with rivets
Pressed rivets join the parts together in a solid, strong and durable manner.

Tip tapping
The tapping of the tip makes it easier for the pizza to slide onto the peel plate.

Plastic end piece
The plastic end piece is attached to the handle by means of an interlock. The hole in the handle allows the product to be hung on all hook supports. In case of breakage, replacement is recommended and spare parts are available.
