Stainless steel-brass double brush

The double multilayer beech brush is equipped with brass and stainless steel bristles.

The brass bristles are heat-resistant and not too hard so as not to scratch the oven base during cleaning. In addition, being flexible they brush the oven floor free of flour and ash.

The stainless steel bristles are useful for cleaning steel griddles and grills, not used for oven cleaning due to the hardness of the fibres which would damage the refractory floor.
