BRASS AND NATURAL FIBER BRUSH (palm bark)

Brush specifically designed for cleaning electric and gas ovens without flames, available with brass or natural fiber bristles.

Bristle Characteristics:

Brass

• Heat-resistant with flexible and not excessively hard bristles.
• Does not scratch the oven base during cleaning.
• Its flexibility allows it to effectively sweep flour and ash from the surface.
• Recommended for wood-fired ovens.

Stainless Steel

• AISI 304 stainless steel brushes are used for cleaning steel plates and grills.
• Not suitable for oven cleaning due to the hardness of the fibers, which could damage the refractory surface.

Natural Fiber (palm bark)

• Brushes made from natural fibers (palm bark) are recommended for electric or gas ovens where there is no open flame.
