Classic pan with flared sides suitable for grilling steaks or vegetables, preparing stewed meats and vegetables or soft omelettes, frying crispy chips or julienne vegetables, sautéing pasta for 2-3 people. Monocoque multilayer structure, composed of three sheets of three different metals: AISI 430 stainless steel for the exterior as it allows use on INDUCTION plates, aluminum for the internal sheet as it spreads the heat uniformly and titanium for the surface in contact with food. Equipped with a long hollow steel handle: ergonomic, it guarantees an excellent grip and does not overheat during cooking. It is also screwed into the external part without having created holes which are a receptacle for dirt and a vehicle for contamination.
