Booking Procedure:

1. Fill out the form on our website.
2. Massimiliano, our concierge, will contact you to finalize details and provide initial flight information.
3. A booking contract with all details will be processed and sent. The contract must be fully read, signed, and returned to us.
4. Only upon receipt of the signed contract and acceptance of all conditions, payment is requested. Payment should be made via instant bank transfer (credit date applies). A copy of the payment receipt is appreciated.

Payment Conditions:
To ensure the appropriate service for these private jet flights, we request payment promptly after receiving and accepting the contract:

• For flights departing within the next 5 days: payment is required within 8 hours of receiving the contract.
• For flights departing beyond the next 5 days: payment is required within 12 hours of receiving the contract.

After these terms, the flight becomes available to other clients. For any needs, our concierge is at your complete disposal.

Not Included:

Allowed Baggage:

• In the cabin: a small bag and one clothing item (coat, suit, etc.) for replacement.
• In the luggage compartment:
  • Option 1: 3 suitcases (25x40x60 cm, 15 kg each) or other luggage with a total dimension not exceeding 150 cm (3 pieces max).
  • Option 2: 2 suitcases (30x50x70 cm, 25 kg each) or other luggage with a total dimension not exceeding 200 cm (2 pieces max).
  • Option 3: 1 trunk (40x60x90 cm, 60 kg) or other luggage with a total dimension not exceeding 220 cm.

Additional luggage is at the discretion of the company and the aircraft commander.
