Important Information

• Agency fee: €99.00 per booking.
• 💸 "Starting from" price refers to a single passenger. To maintain this price, all seats should be filled. Otherwise, the cost of empty seats is distributed among all passengers. Want to fly alone? Book online now. Need to know how many seats are booked or want consultation? Contact us.
• ⏰ * Be available from 60 minutes before the scheduled flight until 120 minutes after due to possible aircraft movement changes caused by traffic or other reasons.

Booking Procedure:

1. Fill out the form on our website.
2. Massimiliano, our concierge, will contact you to finalize details and provide initial flight information.
3. A booking contract will be sent with all details. Read, sign, and return it to our office.
4. After sending the contract and accepting all conditions, proceed with payment via instant bank transfer (credit date applies). A copy of the transfer receipt is appreciated.

Payment Conditions:

To provide adequate service for private jet flights, payments must be made promptly after receiving and accepting the contract:

• For flights departing within the next 5 days, payment is required within 8 hours of receiving the contract.
• For flights departing beyond the next 5 days, payment is required within 12 hours of receiving the contract.

If these deadlines are not met, the flight becomes available to other clients. For assistance, our concierge is at your disposal.

Allowed Baggage:

• In the cabin: One small bag and one change of clothing (coat, suit, etc.).
• In the trunk (per passenger):
  • 3 suitcases (25 x 40 x 60 cm, 15 kg each) or other luggage with a combined dimension of up to 150 cm (max 3 pieces).
  • 2 suitcases (30 x 50 x 70 cm, 25 kg each) or other luggage with a combined dimension of up to 200 cm (max 2 pieces).
  • 1 trunk (40 x 60 x 90 cm, 60 kg) or other luggage with a combined dimension of up to 220 cm.
  • Additional luggage is at the discretion of the company and aircraft commander.

• Toxic, flammable, and highly corrosive products
