Fragrances

• Mistletoe: Woody dominant with green notes. Prevalent accords of white mistletoe, moss, and herbal notes.

The mistletoe fragrance is evocative, typically wintery, and primarily belongs to the green, woody, and herbal olfactory groups. While natural mistletoe has a faint and almost imperceptible scent, it is recreated in perfumery and home décor as a fresh and festive accord.

Main Characteristics

• Top Notes (Freshness): Often opens with "icy" or balsamic hints, using notes of eucalyptus, camphor, pine needles, or citrus like orange to simulate the crisp winter air.
• Heart Notes (Body): The heart is dominated by green and fruity accords. Mistletoe berries are evoked by notes of red berries, apple, or currant, balanced by pine and fir resin.
• Base Notes (Persistence): The base is warm and enveloping, composed of woods (cedar, sandalwood), white musk, and often a spicy touch of cloves or cinnamon.

Usage and Symbolism: In artistic and niche contexts, this fragrance is chosen to create an atmosphere of "homecoming" and protection. It is widely used in candles and diffusers to scent spaces during the Christmas holidays.
