Red DOC reserve wine Colli Maceratesi

It is the wine memory of the “Rosso Matelica” of 1800: produced mainly with Sangiovese grapes and with Merlot, Cabernet and Ciliegiolo, it is the powerful red of Belisario. Long maceration of the skins and maturation in 50 hl seasoned oak barrels where it ages for at least 12 months.

It is a wine to capture the ancient sensory emotions of seasoned wood.

Time builds the organoleptic heritage of wine, creating a balance of aromas between fruit, fermentation and wood that only the wisdom of time can harmonize. Intense in the shade of purple red with amber nuances, soft, structured, warm, broad, vanilla. With meats, rare or very savoury, with very elaborate first courses, even dry cheeses.
