Grill plate for professional use made of stainless steel, easy to handle and position. It offers an optimal work surface in a small space and is available with both smooth and ribbed plates. The cast iron plate has a glass-ceramic treatment that offers maximum strength and durability and offers excellent thermal conductivity. The upper plate is adjustable according to the operator's needs and is self-balanced. The heating elements are armored and adherent to the plates, while the soft-touch adjustment knobs. The temperature regulation is done with a stainless steel thermostat and goes up to 300°C. The grill plate is resistant to rust, acids and salt; it is extremely easy to clean. It is equipped with CE standards.
