Brass brush

The brush, made of multilayer beech wood with brass bristles, is heat-resistant and not overly hard, ensuring it does not scratch the oven base during cleaning. Its flexibility allows for excellent sweeping of flour and ash from the surface. Recommended for wood-fired ovens.
