Professional brush for cleaning electric ovens, available with brass bristles and natural fiber bristles (palm bark).

• Professional brushes suitable for cleaning wood-fired, electric, or gas ovens.
• Brass bristles are suitable for ovens with flames.
• Natural fiber bristles are suitable for ovens without flames and are not suitable for high temperatures.
• The brush support is made of beech plywood.

Brush Attachment with Screws

Ergonomic Wooden Handle

The ergonomic handle ensures a comfortable grip and includes a hole for hanging the product. In case of damage or breakage, replacement is recommended and available.

Bristle Characteristics:

Brass

• Heat-resistant with flexible and not overly hard bristles.
• Does not scratch the oven base during cleaning.
• Flexible enough to effectively sweep flour and ash from the surface.
• Recommended for wood-fired ovens.

Stainless Steel

• AISI 304 stainless steel brushes are used for cleaning steel plates and grills.
• Not suitable for oven cleaning due to the hardness of the fibers, which could damage the refractory surface.

Natural Fiber (Palm Bark)

• Made with a vegetable fiber (palm bark).
• Recommended for electric or gas ovens where there is no open flame.
