We are pleased to present our ZERO-TOXIC multilayer pans made up of three sheets of three different metals: AISI 430 stainless steel for the outside, aluminum for the internal sheet and solid titanium for the one that comes into contact with food.
These pans are ideal for those who suffer from intolerance to heavy metals in food, an increasingly widespread problem due to environmental pollution and industrial processes that contaminate food products with toxic substances such as cadmium, lead, mercury, arsenic and nickel.
Heavy metals can cause serious health damage, such as renal, respiratory, metabolic and neurological disorders. This is why it is important to choose pans that do not release any heavy metals into the food during cooking.
There are pans on the market which, in accordance with the Regulations, can be defined as "nickel free" even if they still contain nickel. Ours, however, are "NICKEL ZERO" for the simple fact that there is no nickel in titanium. Simple.
Furthermore, our pans are suitable for all types of cooking, including induction, thanks to the external AISI 430 stainless steel sheet which allows rapid heat transmission. While the internal aluminum sheet ensures uniform diffusion of heat over the entire surface of the pan, avoiding burns and energy loss.
