Important Information:

• Agency fee: € 99.00 per booking.

• ⏰ In case of changes to aircraft movements due to traffic or other circumstances, we recommend being available from 60 minutes before the scheduled flight to 120 minutes after.

Booking Procedure:

1. Fill in the form available on our website.
2. Massimiliano, our concierge, will contact you upon receiving the booking to define details and provide initial information about the booked flight.
3. A booking contract with all details will be prepared and sent. The contract must be read in full, signed, and returned to our office duly completed.
4. Only upon receipt of the contract and acceptance of all conditions, we invite the client to make the payment. Payment must be made via instant bank transfer (the credited amount will be considered valid). A copy of the transfer receipt is appreciated.

Payment Conditions:

To offer an adequate service for private jet flights, we request that payments for bookings be made as soon as possible upon receipt and acceptance of the contract. For flights departing...

• Within the next 5 days, payment is required within 8 hours of receiving the contract.
• Beyond the next 5 days, payment is required within 12 hours of receiving the contract.

After these terms, the flight becomes available to other customers. For any needs, our concierge is at your complete disposal.

Allowed Baggage:

• In cabin: A small bag and a spare piece of clothing (coat, full outfit, etc.).
• In the trunk: One of the following options per passenger:
  • 3 suitcases of 25 x 40 x 60 cm, 15 kg each, or other baggage with a total of 3 sides not exceeding 150 cm x 3 pieces maximum.
  • 2 suitcases of 30 x 50 x 70 cm, 25 kg each, or other baggage with a total of 3 sides not exceeding 200 cm x 2 pieces maximum.
  • 1 trunk of 40 x 60 x 90 cm, 60 kg, or other baggage with a total of 3 sides not exceeding 220 cm.
  • Additional baggage is at the discretion of the company and aircraft commander.

What Cannot Be Brought on the Plane:

• Toxic, flammable, and highly corrosive products.
