Important Information:

• Agency fee: €99.00 per booking.

• ⏰ Due to possible aircraft movement changes caused by traffic or other situations, we recommend being available from 60 minutes before the scheduled flight to 120 minutes after.

Booking Procedure:

1. Fill out the form on our website.
2. Massimiliano, our concierge, will contact you upon receipt of the booking to finalize details and provide initial flight information.
3. A booking contract with all details will be sent. The contract must be read in full, signed, and returned to our office, duly completed.
4. Only after sending the contract and accepting all terms, we invite the client to make the payment. Payments must be made via instant bank transfer (credit date will be considered final). A copy of the transfer receipt is appreciated.

Payment Conditions:

• To ensure adequate service for these private jet flights, we request payment as soon as possible after receiving and accepting the contract.
• For flights departing within:
  • 5 days, payment is required within 8 hours of receiving the contract.
  • Beyond 5 days, payment is required within 12 hours of receiving the contract.
• After these deadlines, the flight will be made available to other clients. For any needs, our concierge is fully at your disposal.

• Client reception
• Passport and baggage checks
• Escort to the aircraft
• Snacks and beverages

• Personalized catering (available upon request)
• Transfers (if not selected)

Allowed Baggage:

In the cabin:

• A small bag and a change of clothing (coat, full suit, etc.)

In the trunk (per passenger):

• Option 1: 3 suitcases (25 x 40 x 60 cm, 15 kg each) or other baggage with a total dimension sum not exceeding 150 cm (max 3 pieces).
• Option 2: 2 suitcases (30 x 50 x 70 cm, 25 kg each) or other baggage with a total dimension sum not exceeding 200 cm (max 2 pieces).
• Option 3: 1 trunk (40 x 60 x 90 cm, 60 kg) or other baggage with a total dimension sum not exceeding 220 cm.
• Additional baggage is at the discretion of the company and the aircraft commander.
