Val d’Ultimo, located on the outskirts of the Stelvio National Park, is characterized by its gentle character and unspoiled nature. Between lush coniferous forests, fertile meadows, fresh mountain streams and imposing mountain ranges, this valley comes to us with all the strength of natural energy and with its exciting richness and variety. The abundance and variety of the South Tyrolean landscape is reflected in our work and in the naturalness of our products.

Our philosophy

Forest gardens and mountain meadows, gifts of South Tyrolean nature

Wild herbs and mountain flowers, forest berries and pine needles, moss and resin grow in the forests and mountain meadows of Val d’Ultimo. Sun and moon, summer and winter, day and night offer space and time for growth and vitality, but also for peace and privacy. Our organic herbal teas are herbal creations of various fragrant herbs with multiple beneficial properties, carefully selected based on our profound experience and passion. Performed strictly by hand, the meticulous processes of harvesting and drying the plants keep flowers and leaves intact as witnesses to their quality and careful selection.

All our products are made according to organic processes controlled and certified by BIOLAND, whose organic certification standards exceed the minimum EU requirements. The organic ingredients come exclusively from the cultivation of our farm at about 1200 m above sea level in Val d'Ultimo (Alto Adige Südtirol), and are complemented by hand-picked wild herbs and flowers. Our harvest is distinguished by meticulous care and sustainability for the future.
