Infrared sauna is a heated cabin that uses electromagnetic waves to directly heat the body instead of the surrounding air, operating at lower temperatures (40-60°C) compared to traditional Finnish saunas. This technology allows for longer sessions (20-30 minutes) and is particularly suitable for muscle recovery and deep relaxation.

Infrared sauna provides numerous psychophysical benefits: it relieves muscle pain, improves circulation, reduces stress and fatigue, has a detox effect, and purifies the body.

Technical features
Infrared sauna made of matte white PlyLite material, for installation in niches or corners, consisting of a roof with integrated white LED light, radiant wall, wall equipped with infrared lamp and ayous lamp cover, ayous seat, 3cm tall base. Closure in transparent 6mm glass with pivot door, profiles available in glossy chrome or matte black finish.
