The Codroipo stainless steel perforated peel is the ideal tool for handling and removing pizza from the oven with ease. Thanks to the AISI 304 stainless steel, this peel offers excellent heat resistance.

Made of stainless steel
The used stainless steel (AISI 304) has very good qualities concerning mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and heat resistance, and is therefore very suitable for baking peels that are exposed to heat for a long time and need resistance to wear. The tube has a diameter of 18 mm.
Perforation allows you to have a lighter product; furthermore, during the handling of the pizza, the friction between the holes and the dough allows excess flour to be removed.
The ergonomic wooden slide is necessary for the use of the longer blades in order to have control over the movement and the slide block (consisting of a stainless steel insert) stops the slide towards the blade plate. In case of damage or breakage, its replacement is recommended and is available.
