All the raw materials come from the farm located at 1,200m above sea level in Val d'Ultimo (Alto Adige), they are collected and packaged by hand and placed in convenient reusable glass jars.

1. Bring the water to a high temperature (80 - 90°C)
2. Prepare a teaspoon of herbs (1 g) for each portion
3. Infuse the herbs for 5 - 9 minutes and mix, making sure that all the herbs are wetted by the water
4. Filter the product and pour the contents into cups
5. Sweat, if necessary, with honey
6. Taste in small sips
