High quality aluminum alloy
The high quality aluminum alloy provides excellent resistance to corrosion, heat and mechanics while maintaining a discreet lightness. The 2 mm thickness of the sheet metal gives greater strength and stability to the product.
Drilling of the peel plate
The drilling of the peel plate allows to reduce the weight of the peel and to discharge the excess flour, which would otherwise burn during cooking and, in addition to being unhealthy, is also unpleasant to the taste.
Milling at the tip
The milling makes it easier for the pizza to rise onto the peel plate.
Anodizing with medium-high thickness
The anodizing process increases the resistance to corrosion, the resistance to wear and abrasion and the heat resistance of the aluminum alloy. These improvements depend on the thickness of the protective oxide layer.
Aluminum insert
The aluminum alloy joining insert on the peel plate is inserted and fixed with the peel inside the tube. This increases its resistance to bending and acts as a thermal joint limiting the diffusion of heat to the peel tube.
Fixing with rivets
The crushed rivets join the parts in a solid, resistant and long-lasting way.
