The Roma wooden pizza peel allows you to bake and remove meter-long pizzas from the oven, but it is also useful in bakeries.

Made of beech plywood with a thickness of 7 mm, it absorbs the moisture from the dough, ensuring good sliding of the pizza on the peel. It is equipped with a beveled edge that facilitates the sliding of the product.

Beech plywood peel
