High-Quality Aluminum Alloy
The high-quality aluminum alloy provides excellent resistance to corrosion, heat, and mechanical stress while maintaining a reasonable lightness. The 2 mm sheet thickness gives the product greater robustness and stability.
Perforated Peel Surface
The perforated peel surface reduces the weight of the peel and removes excess flour, which would otherwise burn during cooking and, in addition to being unhealthy, would also be unpleasant in taste.
Tapered Edge
