The Margherita – 5 Sensi peel is a partially perforated peel, ideal for pizza makers and enthusiasts looking for a lightweight and manageable product.
Made of anodized aluminum alloy, it offers good resistance to wear and heat. It features a rear aluminum insert that increases its strength, solid riveting for secure attachment, and a tapered edge to facilitate sliding the pizza onto the peel.

Information and technical details
Medium-quality aluminum alloy
The medium-quality aluminum alloy gives the peel plate good resistance to corrosion, mechanical stress, and heat. The 1.5 mm sheet thickness provides lightness and flexibility to the product.
Medium-low thickness anodization
The anodization process increases resistance to corrosion, wear, and heat for the aluminum alloy. These improvements depend on the thickness of the protective oxide layer.
Aluminum insert
The aluminum alloy joint insert on the peel plate is inserted and secured with the peel inside the tube. This increases resistance to bending and acts as a thermal joint, limiting heat diffusion to the peel’s handle.
Micropoint finish
The micropoint finish on the peel tip creates greater smoothness between the peel plate and the pizza, thanks to the action of the flour "captured" by these microholes.
Perforation of the peel plate
The perforation of the peel plate reduces the weight of the peel and removes excess flour, which would otherwise burn during cooking and, in addition to being unhealthy, would also taste unpleasant.
Riveting attachment
The flattened rivets join the parts solidly, ensuring durability and strength.
Tapered edge
The tapered edge facilitates sliding the pizza onto the peel plate.
Plastic handle end
The plastic handle end is attached to the handle via interlocking. The hole on the handle allows the product to be hung on any hook support. In case of breakage, it is recommended to replace it, and a replacement is available.
