The pizza peel for tunnel ovens
The Canada peel is a useful tool for inserting, moving, and removing pizzas in tunnel ovens.
Designed for non-intensive use, it is therefore suitable for snack bars and delis that use pre-cooked products, as well as for domestic use.

Medium-quality aluminum alloy
The medium-quality aluminum alloy gives the peel plate good resistance to corrosion, mechanical stress, and heat. The 1.5 mm sheet thickness ensures lightness and flexibility.
Medium-low thickness anodization
The anodization process increases the aluminum alloy's resistance to corrosion, wear, abrasion, and heat. These improvements depend on the thickness of the protective oxide layer.
Micro-dimpling
The micro-dimpled finish on the tip of the peel creates greater smoothness between the peel plate and the pizza, thanks to the action of the flour "captured" by these micro-holes.
Tip beating
The tip beating facilitates the pizza's ascent onto the peel plate.
Rivet fastening
The flattened rivets join the parts in a solid, resistant, and durable manner.
Plastic terminal
The plastic terminal is attached to the handle via an interlocking system. The hole on the handle allows the product to be hung on any hook support. In case of breakage, replacement is recommended, and spares are available.
