The pizza peel for tunnel ovens
The Canada peel is a useful tool for putting into the oven, moving and removing pizzas in tunnel ovens.
Recommended for a non-intensive use, it is therefore suitable for snack bars and delicatessens using pre-cooked products, but also for domestic use.
Medium-quality aluminium alloy
The medium-quality aluminium alloy gives the blade plate good corrosion, mechanical and heat resistance. The 1.5 mm thickness of the sheet provides lightness and flexibility to the product.
Anodising with medium-low thickness
The anodising process increases the corrosion, wear and abrasion resistance, and the heat resistance of the aluminium alloy. These improvements depend on the thickness of the protective oxide layer.
Micro-dotting
The micro-dotted finish on the tip of the blade creates a smoother transition between the blade plate and the pizza, thanks to the action of the flour 'captured' by these micro-holes.
Tip tapping
The tapping of the tip makes it easier for the pizza to slide onto the peel plate.
Fixing with rivets
Pressed rivets join the parts together in a solid, strong and durable manner.
Plastic end piece
The plastic end piece is attached to the handle by means of an interlock. The hole in the handle allows the product to be hung on all hook supports. In case of breakage, replacement is recommended and spare parts are available.
