The traditional wooden peel to put pizza into the oven

The wood absorbs moisture from the dough, allowing the pizza to glide smoothly over the pizza peel, while the milled tip makes it easier to pick up the pizza from the worktop and drop it onto the cooking surface.

Multilayer beech peel
Peel plate made of medium-evaporation multilayer beech (7 mm thick). Due to the wood's ability to absorb moisture, there is less adherence of the dough and thus better gliding.
Milling at the tip
The milling facilitates the rising of the pizza onto the peel plate.
Fixing with rivets
Pressed rivets join the parts together in a solid, strong and durable manner.
Stainless steel connection
The stainless steel connection allows a strong and durable joint between the blade and the handle.
