The professional pizza peel for tunnel ovens
The Vesuvio pizza peel is a round perforated peel, ideal for handling and removing pizzas from tunnel ovens.
Made of high-quality aluminum alloy with a thickness of 2 mm, this peel is robust and highly resistant to heat and wear. It features a milled edge and a micro-dotted finish that facilitates sliding between the peel and the pizza.

High-Quality Aluminum Alloy
The high-quality aluminum alloy provides excellent resistance to corrosion, heat, and mechanical stress while maintaining a moderate lightness. The 2 mm thickness of the sheet adds robustness and stability to the product.
Medium-Low Thickness Anodization
The anodization process increases the aluminum alloy's resistance to corrosion, wear, abrasion, and heat. These improvements depend on the thickness of the protective oxide layer.
Perforated Peel Plate
The perforation of the peel plate reduces the weight of the peel and removes excess flour, which would otherwise burn during cooking and be unhealthy and unpleasant to taste.
Milled Edge
The milling facilitates the sliding of the pizza onto the peel plate.
Micro-Dotting
The micro-dotted finish on the tip of the peel creates greater smoothness between the peel plate and the pizza, thanks to the action of the flour "captured" by these micro-holes.
Aluminum Insert
The aluminum alloy insert on the peel plate is inserted and fixed with the peel inside the tube. This increases its resistance to bending and acts as a thermal joint, limiting heat diffusion to the peel's handle.
Fixing with Rivets
Flattened rivets join the parts in a solid, durable, and resistant way.
Plastic Terminal
The plastic terminal is fixed to the handle through interlocking. The hole on the handle allows the product to be hung on any hook support. In case of breakage, replacement is recommended, and spare parts are available.
