The Parigi peel is lightweight and easy to handle, ideal for home use. It can also be conveniently used in snack bars and delis where pizza is not the main product.

Entirely made of aluminum alloy, it features a tapered tip and a micro-dotted finish, providing greater glide between the peel surface and the pizza.

Medium-Quality Aluminum Alloy

The medium-quality aluminum alloy provides the peel surface with good resistance to corrosion, mechanical stress, and heat. The 1.5 mm thickness of the sheet ensures lightness and flexibility.

Medium-Low Thickness Anodization

The anodization process increases the corrosion resistance, wear and abrasion resistance, and heat resistance of the aluminum alloy. These improvements depend on the thickness of the protective oxide layer.

Micro-Dot Finish

The micro-dotted finish on the tip of the peel creates greater glide between the peel surface and the pizza, thanks to the flour "trapped" in these micro-holes.

Rivet Fastening

Flattened rivets join the parts solidly, ensuring durability and strength.

Tip Beveling

Tip beveling facilitates the sliding of the pizza onto the peel surface.

Plastic Handle End

The plastic handle end is attached to the handle via a snap-fit. The hole in the handle allows the product to be hung on any hook support. In case of breakage, replacement is recommended, and spare parts are available.
