Directions
Fast-drying sanitizing detergent for cleaning surfaces in the food area. It can also be used in all production and packaging areas of the food and catering industry. It is particularly suitable for microwave ovens, slicers and steel surfaces in contact with food. Indispensable for all businesses that operate with cleaning procedures regulated by HACCP. It does not contain abrasive substances, therefore it does not leave scratches and/or streaks. Does not produce foam. Does not require rinsing. Acts mechanically with the removal of dirt.
Method of use and contact times
Apply the product directly to the surface or to a clean cloth. Rub lightly. Rinsing is recommended on surfaces directly in contact with food.
