Brass Brush

The brush, made of beechwood layers with brass bristles, is heat-resistant and not overly hard, ensuring it does not scratch the oven base during cleaning. Moreover, being flexible, it effectively brushes away flour and ash from the surface. Recommended for wood-fired ovens.

Rotating Attachment

The rotating attachment allows you to adjust the brush's position relative to the handle, making it easier to clean even the hardest-to-reach spots in the oven.

The brush is secured to the support bracket with screws, allowing for easy replacement.

Bristle Characteristics:

Brass
Heat-resistant with flexible bristles that are not overly hard. Does not scratch the oven base during cleaning. Its flexibility allows for effective brushing of flour and ash. Recommended for wood-fired ovens.

Stainless Steel
AISI 304 stainless steel brushes are used for cleaning steel plates and grills. They are not suitable for oven cleaning due to the hardness of the fibers, which could damage the refractory surface.

Natural Fiber (Palm Bark)
Natural fiber brushes are made from a plant-based material (palm bark) and are recommended for electric or gas ovens where there is no open flame.
