The Sonno+ Cervical Pillows are designed to accommodate different sleeping positions (side and back) and to accommodate different body shapes.
For this reason, we offer a single model of soy-based viscoelastic foam pillow, shaped with a double wave and available in four different thicknesses.
The particularly ergonomic double wave shape is appreciated on the market for its ability to adapt to different body types and postural needs, even depending on the mattress you sleep on.
Each pillow has two sides of different heights. This anatomical shape ensures maximum support for the cervical area, allowing you to choose which side to use depending on your needs for nighttime relaxation. The spine will be aligned with the head and any tension will be released.

Guide to choosing the ideal thickness
The following table provides general guidelines for determining the most suitable thickness for your body.
Take a tape measure and have your seamstress measure your shoulder width (the measurement between the two acromion bones) and identify the resulting profile and the model we recommend below.
Please note: these instructions assume the use of a medium-firm mattress. For example, if you think you sleep on a very firm mattress, your pillow should be thicker, as your shoulders are more supported by the mattress, and your neck and head therefore require more support. Conversely, if you sleep on a soft mattress, your shoulders will tend to be more supported by the mattress, so your pillow can be thinner.
