The Amalfi brush with natural fiber bristles is the ideal tool for keeping your electric or gas oven without flame clean. Recommended for domestic use, it is also suitable for small ovens in snack bars and fast food establishments, where usage will be occasional. The bracket with scraper is useful for easily removing the most stubborn residues from the cooking surface, while the natural fiber bristles allow for gentle cleaning of the cooktop.

Natural fiber brush

The brush made of beech plywood is composed of bristles in vegetable fiber (palm bark). Recommended for electric or gas ovens where there is no open flame.
