I’ve contacted the consierge at 7 a.m. because I needed an immediate plane for Europe. At 10:15 I was already sitting in the plane with a cup of coffee in my hands. Quality of the food, drinks and service, simply fantastic. Very much appreciated toy presents for my 2 children and flowers for my wife. Massimiliano has also surprised us organizing accommodation during fueling in Bangkok.
