• The brass and natural fiber bristles (palm bark) are recommended for wood or gas ovens with flames.

Half-Moon Brush

The beech plywood brush with brass bristles is heat-resistant and not excessively hard, ensuring it does not scratch the oven base during cleaning. Additionally, its flexibility allows it to effectively sweep away flour and ash.

Brass

• Heat-resistant with flexible and not overly hard bristles.
• Does not scratch the oven base during cleaning.
• Its flexibility ensures effective sweeping of flour and ash.
• Recommended for wood-fired ovens.

Stainless Steel

• AISI 304 stainless steel brushes are used for cleaning steel plates and grills.
• Not suitable for oven cleaning due to the hardness of the fibers, which could damage the refractory surface.

Natural Fiber (Palm Bark)

• Made with a vegetable fiber (palm bark).
• Recommended for electric or gas ovens without an open flame.
