The brass brush is the ideal tool for professional cleaning of wood-fired or gas ovens with flames. Thanks to its half-moon design, this brush easily reaches all corners of the oven, ensuring optimal cleaning. Weight: 940 g.

The brass brush, flexible and heat-resistant, is perfect for brushing flour and ash from the oven without scratching the cooking surface. Thanks to its bracket with a scraper, it is possible to easily remove even the most stubborn residues.

Half-moon brass brush
The brush, made of multi-layer beechwood with brass bristles, is heat-resistant and not overly hard, ensuring it does not scratch the oven's base during cleaning operations. Additionally, its flexibility allows for effective sweeping of flour and ash from the surface.

Recommended for wood-fired ovens. The half-moon shape enables more precise cleaning of the oven's cooking surface corners.

Brush attachment to the bracket with screws
The brush is attached to the support bracket using screws, allowing for easy replacement.

Stainless steel bracket with scraper
