The brass brush is flexible and heat-resistant, perfect for brushing flour and ash out of the oven without heavily scratching the cooking surface. Thanks to its scraper bracket, it is easy to remove the most stubborn residues.

The brush is made of beech plywood with brass bristles, making it heat-resistant and not overly harsh, so it does not scratch the oven base during cleaning operations. Additionally, its flexibility ensures optimal brushing of the surface from flour and ash. Recommended for wood-fired ovens.

Brush Attachment to the Bracket with Screws

The brush is attached to the support bracket using screws, allowing for easy replacement.

The scraper allows you to scrape off any residues on the cooking surface.

Bracket Attachment to the Tube with Rivets

The bracket is attached to the tube, which has a diameter of ⌀ 18 mm, using stainless steel rivets that securely and durably join the parts.

Ergonomic Wooden Handle

The ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip on the tool. It is equipped with a hole for hanging the product. In case of damage or breakage, replacement is recommended, and spare parts are available.
