Recommended for domestic use, it is also suitable for small ovens in snack bars and fast-food establishments where usage is occasional. The bracket with a scraper is useful for easily removing stubborn residues from the cooking surface, while the natural fiber bristles allow for gentle cleaning of the cooktop.

Natural fiber brush
The brush, made of beechwood laminate, features bristles in vegetable fiber (palm bark). Recommended for electric or gas ovens without an open flame.
