The paring knife with pointed blade is perfect for vegetables and fruit.

The 80 or 120mm long and 18mm wide blade is particularly sharp and thin, allowing you to effortlessly remove the peel of each fruit, peel it and even carry out delicate carving work.

Ergonomic design: The black or green technopolymer handle (or olive wood or deer horn) is designed to offer a comfortable and safe grip, even during prolonged work sessions. Its ergonomic shape reduces hand fatigue and ensures precise control of the knife.

Hardened to approximately 1060°-1080° in W4110 stainless steel with a hardness of approximately 55 HRC.

The tempering process developed and jealously guarded by the company differentiates each type of knife, as the hardness and resistance values of the edge and flexibility of the blade vary, so that each knife has the best characteristics for its specific use.

Knives tempered with the special and exclusive "EXTRA HARD" temper which guarantees a high and long-lasting cutting capacity with easy sharpening.
