This knife is essential for slaughtering chickens and for boning cattle - pigs - poultry - sheep and goat.

The blade is in "EXTRADURO" sheared and tempered stainless steel, the handle is ergonomic in anti-bacterial and non-slip plastic.

Knives have been tempered with the special and exclusive "EXTRA HARD" temper which guarantees a high and long-lasting cutting capacity with easy sharpening.
