Made of anodized aluminum alloy, it offers good resistance to wear and heat. It features a rear aluminum insert that increases its strength, a solid rivet fastening, and a tapered edge to facilitate sliding the pizza onto the peel.

Medium-Quality Aluminum Alloy
The medium-quality aluminum alloy gives the peel plate good resistance to corrosion, mechanical stress, and heat. The 1.5 mm sheet thickness provides lightness and flexibility to the product.
Medium-Low Thickness Anodization
The anodization process enhances the corrosion resistance, wear and abrasion resistance, and heat resistance of the aluminum alloy. These improvements depend on the thickness of the protective oxide layer.
Aluminum Insert
The aluminum alloy insert on the peel plate is inserted and fixed within the tube. This increases its bending resistance and serves as a thermal joint, limiting heat transfer to the peel handle.
Micro-Dot Finish
The micro-dot finish on the tip of the peel enhances the smoothness between the peel plate and the pizza, thanks to the action of the flour "captured" by these micro-holes.
Rivet Fastening
The flattened rivets join the parts solidly, ensuring durability and strength.
Tapered Edge
The tapered edge facilitates sliding the pizza onto the peel plate.
Plastic Handle End
The plastic handle end is fixed to the handle through an interlocking mechanism. The hole in the handle allows the product to be hung on any hook supports. In case of breakage, replacement is recommended, and spare parts are available.
