The Bellini pizza peel is a fully perforated peel, ideal for pizza makers and enthusiasts looking for a lightweight and easy-to-handle product.

Made of anodized aluminum alloy, it has good resistance to wear and heat. It features a rear aluminum insert that increases its strength, a solid riveting attachment, and a tapered tip to facilitate sliding the pizza onto the peel.

An interesting feature of the peel is its name, inspired by the opera composer Vincenzo Bellini.

Medium-quality aluminum alloy

The medium-quality aluminum alloy gives the peel plate good resistance to corrosion, mechanical stress, and heat. The 1.5 mm thickness of the sheet ensures lightness and flexibility.

Medium-low thickness anodization

The anodization process increases resistance to corrosion, wear, abrasion, and heat in the aluminum alloy. These improvements depend on the thickness of the protective oxide layer.

Aluminum insert

The aluminum alloy joint insert on the peel plate is inserted and fixed with the peel inside the tube. This increases its bending resistance and acts as a thermal joint, limiting heat diffusion to the peel’s handle.

Micro-dimpling

The micro-dimpled finish on the tip of the peel creates greater smoothness between the peel plate and the pizza, thanks to the action of the flour "captured" by these micro-holes.

Perforation of the peel plate

The perforation of the peel plate reduces the weight of the peel and allows excess flour to fall off, which would otherwise burn during cooking and, apart from being unhealthy, would also taste unpleasant.

Riveted fastening

The flattened rivets join the parts in a solid, durable, and long-lasting way.

Beveled tip

The beveled tip makes it easier to slide the pizza onto the peel plate.

Plastic terminal

The plastic terminal is attached to the handle via an interlocking mechanism. The hole in the handle allows the product to be hung on any hook support. In case of breakage, it is recommended to replace it, and a spare part is available.
