The Roma aluminum peel is the ideal tool for baking and removing meter-long pizzas, but it is also useful in bakeries for focaccias and long-leavening products.
Made of high-quality aluminum alloy, it features a milled tip to facilitate loading the pizza and raised side edges to prevent the pizza from falling.
Its ergonomic wooden handle is removable if needed.

High-Quality Aluminum Alloy
The high-quality aluminum alloy provides excellent resistance to corrosion, heat, and mechanical stress while maintaining a reasonable lightness. The 2 mm thickness of the sheet ensures greater robustness and stability.
Milled Tip
The milling facilitates the sliding of the pizza onto the peel plate.
Medium-High Thickness Anodization
The anodization process increases corrosion resistance, wear and abrasion resistance, and heat resistance of the aluminum alloy. These improvements depend on the thickness of the protective oxide layer.
Side Edging
The slightly raised side edges give structure to the peel and prevent the pizza from falling.
