The Orchidea peel is a top-of-the-line professional model, highly durable and resistant, perfect for baking pizzas.

The peel is made of high-quality anodized aluminum alloy and features a milled tip, a rear insert for added strength, and a solid rivet fastening system.

This product is available in 3 versions: the classic peel with an aluminum or stainless steel tube handle, the maxi peel with a reinforced handle for large pizzas.

High-Quality Aluminum Alloy

The high-quality aluminum alloy provides excellent resistance to corrosion, heat, and mechanical stress while maintaining a relatively lightweight. The 2 mm thickness of the sheet ensures greater robustness and stability of the product.

Medium-High Thickness Anodization

The anodization process increases corrosion resistance, wear and abrasion resistance, and heat resistance of the aluminum alloy. These improvements depend on the thickness of the protective oxide layer.

Micro-Dotted Finish

The micro-dotted finish on the peel’s tip creates better slideability between the peel surface and the pizza, thanks to the action of the flour "trapped" in these micro holes.

Milled Tip

The milling facilitates the lifting of the pizza onto the peel surface.

Aluminum Insert

The aluminum alloy insert on the peel plate is inserted and fixed within the tube. This increases the resistance to bending and acts as a thermal joint, limiting heat transfer to the peel tube.

Rivet Fastening

The flattened rivets join the parts in a solid, resistant, and durable way.

Wooden Handle Terminal

The wooden terminal is attached to the handle with a screw. The hole in the handle allows the product to be hung on all hook supports, and its specific shape makes it compatible with bracket supports. In case of breakage, it is recommended to replace it, and a replacement is available.

Reinforced Handle (55-60 cm Models)

The main feature of the models with a width of 55 cm or 60 cm is the reinforced handle, consisting of the extension of the oval tube on the peel plate, within which an additional aluminum sheet reinforcement is inserted.

This is securely fastened to the peel plate with flat-head rivets (which do not compromise the peel plate's surface), ensuring greater support for the plate itself, which, being large, is heavier.
